Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling must be done at least one week before the scheduled date.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the entire conference one week before the scheduled date will incur a charge of 75% of the total cost. Cancellations made within 72 hours or less of the scheduled date will be charged 100%.
If the number of participants changes one week before the scheduled date, 75% of the cost for the absent participants will be charged. Cancellations made within 72 hours or less of the scheduled date will incur a 100% charge for the absent participant.
